| Description: | Mid America Health, Inc., in conjunction with Onsite Health Care Services (OHCS), the leading provider of oral care services in skilled nursing facilities, is looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our service delivery team.
A hygienist on this team will be expected to provide quality oral care such as debridement, hand scaling and regular cleanings to the patients enrolled in our program. Team members are also responsible for management of patient accounts, coordinating service delivery, providing in-service training to facility caregivers, leading informational sessions and regularly communicating a summary of provided services and patient well-being to family members.

| Duties: | This position requires the ability to travel daily and occasional work outside of normal business hours. Expect to provide service for at least six hours a day, four days a week with necessary equipment and travel reimbursements being provided by MAH. A full RDH caseload consists of eight to ten facilities with a total of approximately two hundred patients.

| Qualifications: | 2-5 Years Experience
Florida Dental Hygiene License
CPR Certification
Continuing Education Certificates
Liability Insurance
Experience Working with the Elderly / Special Needs Population |
